Payments made for consultations, document preparation, tax filings, or any business advisory services are non-refundable. Once services are initiated or completed, refunds will not be issued or only at the discretion of the company.

It is the client’s responsibility to:

• Ask questions prior to payment and initiation of services
   

Failure to provide necessary information or to respond to requests in a timely manner does not entitle the client to a refund.
